    login error message is not getting displayed

    I am using the Ayvo theme for my e commerce site and when there user enter wrong credentials, no pop up or no intimation of error comes to let user know that the value entered is wrong. the user will get to know that the login was not right only if he press the login again this is a basic requirement or functionality of any theme. Please support

    Hi @DESZONETECH,

    I can understand that when an user login to your site by his account, if he enters the wrong user name or pw, there is no popup or information to inform that he enters wrong credentials, right?

    Please provide me your admin account of your site. My coder will help you take a look and fix it if needed.

    I got the update from theme forest. Will this update solve the login error pop up not working issue? if yes, please be informed that the update is not getting displayed in the theme option in the admin panel for me to update it. How can i update the theme now?

    My coder fixed the problem that you had reported in this update version. So you should update your theme to the latest version that you see on Themeforest to solve your issue.

    In order to update theme correctly, please make sure that you still DO NOT have any your own customization / changing default style of theme / or your own css codes in Main Theme (I mean the Parent theme).
    In case you customized something, please DO BACK UP all your customization / your added more css code to change the default style / your translation first, then update the theme normally. After that, you can add the backup files back for your site.
    It is to make sure that all your own customization will not be lost.

    The update is not available when I go to theme.. I can't see any option to update the theme.

    I uploaded for you a default theme. Now please activate default theme, then delete Ayvo theme on your site then upload the new version.
    If you have any customization / css code / changing default style, pls do back up before you update
