    Hi mate,

    I see your video, and I understand that the Add to cart button does not work when Ovic Toolkit plugin is being enabled, right?
    Then I test your site, it still works. So please explain again your issue and provide me your admin + ftp account so that my coder can check for you.
    I know that in your previous ticket, you said that you were not able to provide account. But it is really hard for us to know what problem is in your site also we don't know how to fix.

    Hi and thanks,
    the issue only occurs on mobile (chrome) but is quite popular browser. At the moment its working good on Desktop.

    Hi, i believe you made a mistake here https://tppr.me/lFPOq you can see that the logo is the default one, not ours, so clearly Ovic Plugin has been disabled on that very page.

    Can you also kindly check again because this doesn't look like a solution, thanks

    Ah and I want to underline that by doing this: showing a default logo on one of our pages in our live site you are giving us a damage to our corporate image. So kindly please revert this edit you did, thanks.
