    Revolution slider conflict with Merci theme

    Hi I have version 1.2.2 of the theme installed and it conflicts with revolution slider where I cannot edit or delete slides.
    Disabling the theme is the only way to solve the issue.
    I tried to install version 2 on a demo version of the site but the result is awful https://demo.polimedia.net/fonderia/
    Also some fixes were done by your team as I had some problems with the old theme version (and I see you did not make a child theme).

    All works fine now and I do not want to break all the work done, just have RS working in the simplest way.
    What do you suggest?

    as mentioned in the ticket the problem is with Slider revolution editing it works in viewing mode.

    In the clip, recorded now, I try to delete some slide but it's not possible.
    It's enough to disable Merci theme to let it work.

    I only see that I used the normal connection and you used password.
    But here it works in both ways.
    If you keep having trouble I can give you cPanel credentials as this is quite urgent, the client cannot change the homepage header.

    Hi, this is not possibile, the site is on a dedicated server with low load and the site is checked every 60 seconds for being active!
    Probably your IP has been blacklisted, can you please send me your IP?
    Also is there a way to receive notifications when you reply to my messages? It's hard to work like this and this problem is going on since 10 days.

    Hi I have one more IMPORTANT PROBLEM.

    It's enough to disable Merci theme and plugin and adding products works again!!
    This is a major problem with your theme and the client is very mad.
    We are discussing this problem since 10 days and if you do not fix it asap I am forced to make a bad review. I am sorry to say this but Elite themes should not behave like this!

    OK, but my client has an unusable Woocommerce site since 10 days due to your theme and HE NEEDS TO ADD NEW PRODUCTS.
    This is the first time I have such a problem with Themeforest themes. I only buy themes from Elite developers just to avoid these problems.
    Not to mention that your support forum sucks, I never get an email when you reply!!
    Please tell your coder to fix the issue within tomorrow, otherwise I doubt the client will want to wait after this week to solve the issue in another way.
