    Errors after installing the demo content

    I just installed your theme, after installing the demo content, my page showed a lot of errors on page header. Now it does not show my page at all anymore. How can I fix?

    Your provided account is not able to reach into your Dashboard back end (Perhaps we do not have the permission to reach into this)
    So, currently we just can help you to make your site runs again. We still cannot find the reason why it has the error

    I tried deleting everything and installing again, but same problem. I can't reach my admin panel again and full of errors. I gave all permissions I could. I think I will require refund, my client has been waiting for long and I can't even install the theme.

    The theme is still working well on many other clients and in demo. We still do not check the reason why it is difficult for you to install the theme.
    So, Please help to install a fresh WordPress then we will help you to re-install the theme. Help me to backup all data, source code in your site

    I am sorry. But depend on your case, I think we will not able to accept your refund request.
    Originally you installed the theme with some errors, after my coder checked, he just only could help you to make your site run again, even your admin account was not able to reach into the back end site also. This did not belong to the theme.

    We are willing to assist for you all the bug or errors that related to the theme, and if we confirm that the bug is not able to fix, then we will accept your refund request. Theme is working well on demo and many of other client's sites. So you have to let us check the reason first.

    I can understand you, but I have a client and deadline for their e-shop to be ready. I can't wait so long. I hope you can understand my side and really hope you can refund, since I could not use your theme. I have nothing bad to say about you and I would buy your other themes further in the future again, but this time I waited 1,5 weeks to get your theme up since it crashed every time I tried to install, with new theme I had absolutely no problem.
