    Adding attributes in Products disappear after saving products.

    Hello there,

    Everything works fine with the theme after installation, however adding new products seem quite funny.
    I observe that after adding attributes on the product and saving it, the products attributes disappear after saving the product.

    For instance, selecting "COLOR" attributes, maybe red, blue and save it with the product, it disappears after saving the product.
    Hence, can't set attributes.

    Kindly help look into this.

    Also, i just discovered that the product image isn't showing on the product page while other image gallery shows.
    Kindly help attend to this. URGENT*****

    About product image isn't showing on the product page, I cannot see your home page even when I login to your admin account. It says Coming Soon. Pls guide me how I can see your home page then I will check for you

    Great, thanks. I can confirm the attributes are now working well.

    But i observed again, that " Gallery Picture" won't display on the main picture column when hovered on it.
    You can check the link on the secret information to confirm what i'm saying.

    Now we finish to develop the theme up to new higher version. It is completely the new one. So, please back up your whole site, all your files, sources, then we will assist you to re-install the theme with the new version.

    Hi Yame, please i hope this will solve my current issue? This is what we currently have on the website https://voka.kutethemes.net/home-05/ so this demo will be just fine.

    And i hope you are not mixing things up here, our website is just fine. Only the product image gallery hover issue.
    You can go ahead, if it will fix it.

    Here we have a suggestion for you.

    Currently we already released the new upgrade version for this theme, from 1.x to 2.x
    With this version, we also developed and fixed some common problems. So, you can upgrade into the new version for your site. If that, please back up all source code, all customized files in both Chile theme and Main theme (if you customized something in Main theme)
    then provide me your Cpanel also (It will better than FTP account). So my coder will help you to upgrade the theme.

    If you still want to use the version 1.x, just let me know then my coder will check the problem for you

    Please think about it then let me know your intention

    As my coder said that, even upgrading the theme to the new version, it will not effect anything for your products or website.

    We just upgrade for Theme Options, some more shortcodes and some features that need to work with the new update.

    I also told him about your requirement. But he said that you still need to upgrade. It will not affect to your site

    Please backup your codes, the customized files in both Child theme and Main theme (if you customized something in Main theme)

    Hi Yame,

    Apologies for my late response, i've really been so occupied of late.

    So after upgrading the theme to version v2.0 i downloaded from my envato account.
    We got this error message "Fatal error: Class 'OVIC_Widget' not found in /homepages/15/d634143285/htdocs/eleganteaccesories/wp-content/themes/voka/framework/widgets/widget-catalog-ordering.php on line 17"

    But was able to revert to the former.
    Are we missing out something? Can you guys upgrade the them for us?

    Pls make sure that you already backed up your source codes, all the customized files in both Child theme and Main theme (if you had customized something in Main theme)
