Ajax feature of adding the product to the cart.

    Hello there!
We ran into an issue with a plugin. Please see the comment of them below.
Would you know a solution please?

We have checked and found that the theme uses the Ajax method for adding the product to the cart. By default, in WooCommerce the product page will reload once we click the "Add to Cart" button.

In our plugin, all the validation messages are added to WooCommerce default error notice method. WooCommerce shows these notices once the product page reloads.

Further, we have checked by deactivating our plugin and could see that the “Add to Cart” message which is showing after adding a product to the cart is displayed only when we manually reload the product page. So we recommend you to contact your theme developer or theme support to disable the Ajax feature of adding the product to the cart.

We hope they will be able to help you.

I'm sorry. The problem is on this page:
Visitors must be able to upload a picture they want to be printed on a sticker, but that doesn't work.
That it doesn't work is due to the "Ajax method for adding the product to the cart", at least that is what the developer of the upload plugin says.

If that, I still can see a popup of Print page http://prntscr.com/m4p000
Or how can I do? Pls guide me then I will help you to check. Also, pls provide me your FTP. I will check if needed

    Hi Yame,
I asked the developer of the plugin what to ask you, so here is his (or her) reply:

"You can contact your theme developer and tell them that the plugin "WooCommerce Extra Product Options" is adding an additional input field on the product page and it is a Required field. So if we add a product to the cart without providing any value in the required field then it will show a required field error.

However, while using the current theme, the product is added to the cart by using the Ajax method. Hence the validation messages are not displaying while adding the product to the cart without giving any value to the required input field. The input field validation error messages are added to WooCommerce error notices. But currently, these WooCommerce error notices will display only when we reload the product page manually. This is the exact issue.

You need to ask your developer to check and resolve this issue so that the validation messages are displayed correctly."

So I asked you please guide me how I could test your issue. Then will give you the correct answer. After that, I will send the problem to my coder and he will see what the reason come from. I mean, when I uploaded an image, then click on the Print icon, then I see it works. Can you guide me how can I see the trouble in your site?

    Hi Yame,

I hope the reply from the plugin developer helps:

The theme used in your site is modifying the default WooCommrece "Add to Cart" functionality. Your theme is using "Ajax" method to add the product to the cart due to which "WooCommerce Error notices" are not getting displayed.

In the default flow, the page is getting refreshed and error messages are displayed after adding the product to cart. But while using the "Ajax" method we could see that the error messages are displayed only when we manually refresh the product page.

You may ask your developer to display Woocommerce Error notices ( 3rd party plugin may use this function to add error or warning messages) once the Ajax Add to cart task is completed.

The demo site is still working well and of course we do not meet the error likes yours. Because we do not installed the 3rd party plugin as yours, and we just support for the issues come from the theme :(

Hope you can understand for this
