    How to edit contents of Maxstore Plus Menu Builder Item - Megamenu Hot Categories

    I'm trying to work out where to add the images and edit product categories which appear in the flyout menu. I can get into the menu builder and click to edit the megamenu hot categories item but there is only code. Where is this code generated? Am I perhaps missing a builder or plugin?

    It's the same results above. The cause maybe by your host's firewall, it's blocked my ip. Please check your firewall again

    Can we organize a scren sharing session whereby you log into my computer and show you the issue?

    Well if you cant log in can you think outside the box and make some bigger effort to fix this problem . Dont just keep saying saying you cant log in.

    Dd you ask the reach out to the developer?

    If the answer is no I have offered we orgainise a screen sharing session to my computer to show you the issue . Why dont we do that ?

    When you open ticket, did you see these rules:
    1) Provide us FTP and admin login details while submitting the ticket.
    2) Please ensure that you are using the latest version of theme.
    3) Our technical stall don't work on Sat/Sun so don't panic.
    4) Each theme license is only for one domain name.
    5) We do NOT support localhost/offline sites.
    6) We don't offer the demo images/videos.
    7) We don't support customized themes.
    8) We support only English Language.
    Also, as i mentioned many times. I could not access your site that's why i have not answer you.

    Have you ever seen an issue where you cant log in to a site ?
    If its a firewall issue and the host is blocking your ip well did you try from a different ip ?

    Give me your ip so i can check with the hosts to see if its blocked .
    Try and think of ways we can solve this issue ....

    i also work as a support technician and as art of my job i try and work around issues to get them resolved . If one path is blocked I try another . I need my customers to be happy.
    I think you need to do the same here. I have asked you questions but you have not answered them , I have given you suggestions but you have not listened to them.
