    wpbakery not working

    When I click on edit wpbakery button from dashboard then I am getting an error as you may see in attached screen shots, wpbakery should be opened.

    My coder check the problem in your site, and he said that if you want to use more options, please contact to your hosting to raise the max_post_size to be much more 16MB

    Hi, thanks for reply, but wpbakery still not working I increased max-post-size in php.ini file. My question was about for wpbakery ... I have other sites as well on same server and using wpbakery plugin that's working perfectly fine there. Its not hosting issue , Please i must need to solve this issue. As I already bought theme. I'm waiting for you reply.

    And also I need to make sure after premium activation of wpbakery plugin this will work perfectly fine or not? I guess at least it site page should be opened by wpbakery editor even without premium activation because I already have a site with wpbakery on same server , that's opening even without premium activation. I will purchase premium license but I need to know that what's error there, even I increase post- size limit by using htaccss file and php.ini file too.

    yes yesterday I reinstall the wordpress and reinstall everything that it was working yesterday I remember. But I couldn't know what was actual issue? what about if this problem comes in future while adding more plugins and more things on site. Can you please confirm it for future?

    Ok thanks for reply.. Another issue, footer builder totally mess up .. I can see only code there not a builder.. I can't edit my footer. Please can you fix this too.?? see attached screen shot.

    Ok I found another problem that's last issue I guess remaining all perfect ... Please see screen shot, when I enable advance responsive option then again some issues are there same builder not opening issue.. may be I will need to use this advance responsive option for all all device responsiveness, this option is included in theme it should work. Isn't that please?

    Ok sorry for the delay. Actually now I have other matter. I just want to transfer this theme to other domain. My question is that have you fixed those issues for general theme or from my server only. I mean now I will download theme again from themeforest download section. So issue are resolved now did you update theme at download section as well please?

    1. Can we use same theme for other server and domain. How many times we can use theme please?
    2. I didn't see any activation key process for theme. How will we know that our theme is fully activated with key from dashboard?

    I would like to answer you:

    1. You can use the same theme for other server and domain. But we just supports for only one domain for a client. If you change your data from the old domain to the new one, then you have to remove your old domain. And your support period will continue until the expiration date

    2. When you bought the theme on Themeforest, you do not need to add any license. You still get the latest features on theme. If there is any updating, we will update for theme then do you the same by updating to the latest version
