    Multiple issues with theme settings

    Hello! I have change the main color in theme option and I have the same red scheme. Also, I don’t see any attribute option to achieve the same look as in http://preview.themeforest.net/item/medien-multipurpose-woocommerce-shop-theme/full_screen_preview/20891553?_ga=2.127041861.972781587.1527428334-927935225.1520618494. I only have a list to choose the text name of color. How can I change the icons for shopping chart? Thank you!

    I'm talking about the chart and my account icons in header.
    Also, the blog has some display issues, even I change the theme settings. The article page is blank.

    Hi,

    1. Change Cart + My account icons on the top header:
    - For cart: Change the content of:
    .wrap-cart-inner .ion-bag:before {
    content: "\2354";
    }

    - For My account: Change the content of:
    .user-account-info .account-menu>i:before {
    content: "\f457";
    }

    2. Change banner of Blog page: With the List style, we do not have banner. It's just available for Grid style. So negative to Theme Options > Blog settings > Single Post > select Grid style for Blog Layout Style then change the banner (see medien_banner blog)

    3. Translate timer: We will update this for yours. Pls provide your FTP

    4. The article page is blank: Have you customized anything on code yet ? It's really weird. Pls let me know if you did the customization.

    5. Services (add services as seen in you demo) is not working. I can't upload / modify data fields: It still can upload image but cannot clear / remove. Ok we will check and update.

    Pls provide us your FTP also, we will check in code if needed

    Hi Yame,
    I can't give you the ftp account credentials because I have another sites in development with confidential data. Too bad you can use only the admin account on site. Maybe https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/ will be handy.
    Please tell me how to translate the strings related to countdown timer so, when I will move the site on his own domain I will change all the necessary data.
    I did not change any file of theme. I use the child theme so I can't know the reasons of bugs related to blog and services as seen in demo settings.
    Thank you for help, I'm looking forward for your answers.

    p.s. I have updated the theme today from themeforest.

    My coder said that it's quite difficult and dangerous when he fixes for you just via File Manager. If your site is suspended during the update process, your site will be broken.
    The other bugs will be updated in the next version. But for Blog page is blank, we need FTP to check and fix for you.

    The reason that we need your FTP to check your problem is that when we check code in File Manager, it will be difficult to determine the line or part that causes the errors. In FTP, we also check for your host, server and some needed elements. On demo, we do not get the same errors as yours so we need your to check your site
    In case you cannot provide FTP, please help us to install a copy site in sub-domain, provide complete accounts then we will check on that copy site.
    This is the solution that we can help you fix the problem. Hope that it's useful.

    I think you are spending my time on my money. I give you the correct FTP account credentials. I don't understand why this theme, on wordpress, can't display the article section and have such many bugs on install and so on. Really! After 10 days, I still can't use this theme! Maybe a true review with one star will help others! Followed by a refund request. This will make your famous coder happy!

    Hello, I would like to not show price decimals. Even I have choose in woocommerce to use the price without decimals and add_filter( ‘woocommerce_price_trim_zeros’, ‘__return_true’ ); in child theme’s functions.php, I still have decimals. Please tell me what to do to accomplish this. Thank you!

    Please note that we just support for one site per one domain.
    For this issue, if it occurs again, you can copy the code that we fixed for you in pixelrevolution.ro/hea to the new site.
    Please find the in the path: ...wp-content/themes/medien/templates/blogs/blog-single.php.

    The theme was developed on pixelrevolution then the customer bought his own domain where I moved the theme with all contents.
    I know very well what you work is so I did not steal you theme, I give you money for that.

    I copied the file and... nothing. This is ... great! You theme need custom work to show blog section. On wordpress. That is it, sometime I should get things like that to watch out in the future. Is not your fault, is myne. By the way, it seems hardcoded google maps. Try to see for yourself. I have to buy Tekanewa Script to fix it.
