    Problem with the template

    About the blog I would like to know why am I not able to align my text on the left ? Attached to this you can find a print screen of our blog (the text is in the middle) and a print screen of the example available when you buy the template (the text is on the left)

    Home page

    About the home page is it possible to have the informations about the sizes etc of the pictures that I can upload? Because I don't understand why are there pictures that I can upload and others that I don't. Even when if they have the same charachteristics : height, size, pixels ? Plus when I try to upload an other picture it's says that it worked. I don't have any information informing that it didn't worked and why it didn't worked.

    Categories

    When I go to ''personnalisabe/customizable'' and I click for example on ''bracelets'' why do I have all the informations of the category ''Enfants/Kids'' ? I happens for bracelets and necklaces. What I would like is when I'm on ''Customizable/personnalisables" I can click on bracelets or necklaces and find all the product that are available on women, kids, men that can be engraved.

    When I encode a product sheet and I put declinations, the button "add to cart" disappears or put in light gray.

    Pop up News lettre

    There is a pop up that appears at the opening of the website, we emerge that this pop appears a little later, how to do?

    Sorry for delay. I would like to give you the answer:
    1 - Blog: This problem belongs to customized work but if you have just only this one, my coder will fix directly for you in your site.

    2 - Homepage: Can you help me to attach the screenshots for this? Because there are a lot of image in homepage so I cannot visualize what the image that you can / cannot upload is.

    3 - Categories: It is really difficult to guess what you mean. So it is better if you can describe by some screenshots.

    4 - Product: When I check in back end configuration, the quantity for those products = 0. So it is the reason why you cannot click to the Add to cart button.

    5 - Sorry. You mean that you want the popup newsletter appears little later (maybe 3 or 4 seconds after going to your site)??

    We always have problems with the home page
    We have uninstalled and reinstalled
    And since then everything goes to the left of the screen.

    I checked the homepage is well in 2 columns (index page)

    The parametrage just looks, but it displays everything in the right column (since reinstallation) ... whereas before we had 2 columns.

    We use the mega html module for the home page.

    Looking at the print screen can you answer us:
    Do you miss anything from the class, must he announce something more? (Case custom class .. of the style "right column" "left column")
    Or should you use another "display" in position? , If it is another one?

    For the configuration on your homepage, I just re-ordered some items in Mega HTML Module. You put some wrong hooks and positions. Now you can check in the back end and that is the correct order for your site.

    Hi mate.

    We found out the reason why the Add to cart button disappears on your site just for some of products.
    First we found out that the problem just occurred on the products that were configured the attribute. So you have to to Preference > Products > then select YES for Show the Show button "Add to cart" when the product has attribute (in back end).
    Pls see my attachment below to understand well.
