    Issue in mega menu

    Hi, cloud you please help us in menu we are created categories from post and also same categories from products how to connect them? i want to show in main menu and also i could not create mega menu any plugin required for that and how i connect mega menu to my menu please help. Or give me the brief how i create menu with connected mega menu how i connect to categories? Thank you.

    1. Mega menu. It seems that you are getting stuck with creating mega menu. I would like to give you the attachment so that all mega menu items will be connected with main menu (see my attachments)

    2. Newsletter: As I check on your back end, you forgot to add Mail Chimp API Key, so you cannot subscribe any accounts. Please negative to Worldmart > Mailchimp then add the mailchimp API key

    Can you please give me a step for how to create Main menu?? For example i already created whey protein, bland protein.
    and how to create mega menu and how to connect with main menu so that i can see my categories page please help.
    and i created Api Key For mailchimp please share next step that i can use newsletter in my project.

    Hello,

    Sorry for delay just because we do not work in the weekends.
    1. Mailchimp: When you have API key for mailchimp, you can completely enter email to Newsletter to subscribe. I've tried to enter mine and I got the return the inform email.

    2. Mega menu: You can refer this doc to understand https://help.kutethemes.net/docs/turan/customizations/mega-menu/

    my concern is on categories page we shows all categories on left side but when we click in one category this category not showing any active class(highlight color) and not showing sub category.

    As I see from your category page, when I tried to click on one of your categories there, it's still fine. And I am not sure what the highlight color you are mentioning to is. About sub categories, I think you do not have.
    Also, your wp account cannot be accessed to. If you have any other difficulties, please provide it

    No i guess you are not got my points.
    When we click on any category i want that category active please fine attachment for that compare with another attachment(Same for main manu when we goes on 1st menu that is whey protein it is not showing that whey protein menu is active).
    and i face some issue i added product in wishlist without login and when i login to my account then go to wishlisht its showing me no items but i seen in wishlist logo there is item added and automatically i logout from website.
    but when you login from admin this issue is not come
    please check login with your account and admin.
    sorry for my bad English.

    I've checked your issues:
    1. When we click on any category i want that category active: You can click on the plus icon to show the sub-categories (worldmart_sub cate)

    2. Same for main manu when we goes on 1st menu that is whey protein it is not showing that whey protein menu is active: I click on WHEY PROTEIN on Primary Menu and it links to http://proteinshelp.aquaspade.cloud/product-category/whey_protein/ Am I right on the manipulation?

    3. added product in wishlist without login and when i login to my account: My coder will check this and give you the answer later

    Hello,

    Firstly, my coder does not touch in code of your site. We just tested your issue on Worldmart theme and default theme. It says the error is on database connection. You can check it again yourself
    Secondly, I would like to give you the result after testing your issue regarding to Wishlist:
    I tested your issue in 2 cases with Worldmart theme and default theme
    1. In default theme:
    - Login + add wishlist, then logout => There is no products in wishlist (even in wishlist page or wishlist logo) => Correct
    - Without login + Add wishlist one product => There is one item (one product) in wishlist page => Correct. Then I continue to login + add wishlist one more product => I see 2 items (2 products) in wishlist page (even on wishlist logo) => Incorrect

    2. In Worldmart theme: I did the same manipulation and got the same result

    =>>> So the problem was caused by Wishlist, not from our theme
