The psframework module creates problems with the other modules

Posted by: scecnarf Apr 10, 2018 at 09:48 (2 months ago)
After installation of TechOne theme there is no build-in modules in Backoffice->modules->Installed modules (Build in modules). Before installation of TechOne there was many modules, after instalation there is nothing. They remain installed and functioning in front office but they are not visible in the list of modules.
The problem is the module "psframework", if i go in ftp and i change the name at the folder "psframework" for example to"psframeworktest" (so the module is disabled) the list of modules returns to be visible but obviously the site does not work.
    How can i do?

I got the explanation from coder is that: This issue (disable modules) will not belongs to Techone theme
Originally, when you still do not upload any theme on PS, you will see the list of modules. Those are the Built - Modules (default module) that are provided by PS, and when you upload a theme, those modules will not disappear. (These modules from PrestaShop are preinstalled when you set-up your shop. They cover the basics of e-commerce and comes for free.) They just move down. When you install modules from add on (after upload theme), they will be in Installed modules. (These are all the modules you’ve added to your shop, either by buying it from PrestaShop Addons, or by uploading it directly.)

    Hope you understand for this

I know that the modules do not disappear (otherwise the site could no longer work), the problem is that they disappear in the list of installed modules so I do not know how to reach them to modify them; when I remove the psframework module (changing the folder name in ftp) they come back visible. I can also continue in this way: when I need to modify a module I change the name of the folder psframework momentarily and proceed with the modification of the module that interests me and then immediately put the original name back to the folder, however you must recognize that this is an annoying bug of your theme or the psframework module provided with your theme.
