    I bought this theme thinking it was going to work correctly from the start, I installed the theme, and it completely corrupted the website we lost all WooCommerce Products and we had to ring up our hosting provider in order to get it restored (which costed alot!) I would like a full-refund on this purchase.

    I am asking for a full refund due to the following issues below-
    -Corrupting the complete website
    -Us having to pay our hosting service to get a restore
    -Having to redesign the whole website back to it's previous design
    -Having to recode functions and CSS Snippets back into the website

    The below photo shows after the store was restored back to the previous design, this is what it left us with, we had to resign everything from scratch which also costed us!

    I would like this issue resolved

    Follow with your requirements above, I tried to install the theme again in my test site, and I still installed successfully without meeting any trouble.
    So it is quite wired when you lost all your data after uploading theme.

    Please let me check your site then help you to solve this problem. You can provide your login account again + FTP. We will check then help you.

    Some of the products aren't there that was there before, and alot of the items have photos missing too, we also have had to re-enable the old theme because the new theme was taking far too long to load the website

    The theme is automatized so it can load correctly.
    Perhaps you are using any plugins so that it is compatible with the theme.
