    Hello,

To change the date format, please go to this path: ../themes/techone/modules/psframework/views/templates/front/blogpost/default.tpl
Translate: When you use your language package, this date will be translated automatically

    Regards,
    Yame

As I got the feedback from coder, he said that you have to translate by yourself just because it is the function of php so we can not intervene to this.
Please refer this to understand about this http://php.net/manual/en/function.date.php
    Hope you understand for this

I just got the reply for this is that: the date and moth is on the function ...date()
If you just only use unique your language, you can change time location into your nation. But if you want to use multi-language, it is impossible for now, just because we do not find out any ways yet
