    Poor product image quality

    Posted by: DOMShop Oct 6, 2017 at 07:20 (6 months ago)
    Hi,

    I have a problem. Please, take a look at attached pic.

    Why products images at front page are blurry? We used HQ images for products but at front page that look so poor. It's not even sharp, looks like some undefined stain.

    How should I fix this?

    Hi DOMShop
    The cause maybe your product images, they are not the same size with demo, it should be 1000x1000 or more. Please check again and let me know.

    I doubt it's related to our image.

    Could you please provide your Admin login + FTP accounts via secret information area? I would like to check on your site and help you. Also, please backup all your site and try the Regenerate-thumbnails plugin. You can refer at the https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
    Hope it useful for you.

    OK, take a look at secret area.

    Pictures are taken with professional Cannon (worth over 1.500 euro). They little reduced for faster website, but still super quality. However, in thumbnails (front page) they look ugly for some reason :( Blurry, not sharp at all.

    Bu the way, could you please remove that annoying NEW badge "NOVO" from product, also? It drives me mad!

    However, I didn't perform backup nor thumbnail regeneration.

    To hide the NEW label, you enter the dashboard choose FastShop>>Theme Option >>General>>Custom CSS/JS and enter these CSS codes
    .onnew {
    display: none;
    }

    OK, will try to figure out something.

    Could you please tell me how to translate "In Stock" and "Qty:" from product page? Take a look at attached pic.
    I'm struggling with that, have limited knowledge obviously.

    Translated with Loco Translator - no effect.
    Translated with WPML translation - no effect.
