    Blank produce page

    Hi,

    We have been optimising the site to improve the speed, but the product page has gone blank: https://www.aritzi.com/necklaces/73-rhodium-plated-necklace-pendant-with-cat-s-eye-stones.html , which should not have happened as we have done everything correct our side.

    I don't know whether there are certain settings in your product module to fix this or some other way, but I'm sure you will be able to find the solution much better than us, being your theme.

    We urgently need this fixed today.

    Don't worry about the last comment, it was server issue. Anyway are you going to fix this problem any time soon please? It's very urgent and has now been over 24 hours. I would very much appreciate if you you look into it and resolve today.

    Please let me know what is happening. This is getting rediculous. We have also paid for extra support from you, if you remember.

    Can you give me an immediate report today as to what problem your coder found when he checked the website the last two times, and how he is going to fix it. Otherwise we will be requesting a refund.

    Hello.

    My coder has checked your site very carefully and he saw that your current version may not the newest version.
    Pls let me know what the theme version are you using for your site?? If it is the old one, please update your theme to the latest version then tell me the reuslt.

    You don't have to check the site carefully to find that out. We cannot upgrade to the current version. Can you not fix it as it is?

    Our coders checked your site really carefully. They could not understand what the reason is. In fact, all previous themes don't have the same problem with yours. Therefore you need to update to the current version to make sure that our theme runs well. In case your site has been customized, we will not support for the customized site.
