    Hi, I purchased the wrong theme by mistake!

    Greetings, I've accidentally purchased the wrong one. I am very new to Shopify and was not aware that there were 2 versions of the Milano theme, and so I purchased the incorrect one when what I needed was the "Drag & Drop" version. Just found out right after when I went to modify the settings, because it was completely different from when I first saw my friend use it.

    Please issue me a refund if possible, I wish to purchase the Drag & Drop version immediately!

    This is the place that I was told to come.
    After purchasing, the theme's support link is in the email notification. Clicking on it brings me to theme forest > Clicking to support redirects me to this support site.

    Hello, I am not sure I understand.
    From the Themeforest site for the wrong Milano Theme I bought, I went to Support, and was brought here by a redirect link to ask for support.
