Hello,

It's hosting issue, you have to increase everything in hosting like max_file_size, execution_time, etc..
Or try compressing the xml to zip then try to upload, Because xml size is 6mb, your hosting not supporting it. Or do not import images.

I tried enabling different theme and then checked on different mobiles, but it's not working on other themes as well.
It's not xshop theme bug, it's something else.

Without wp admin details i cannot check the exact error and solve it for you.
But i think it's due to 3rd party plugin, so deactivate all plugins then active again only plugins theme required.
